The Money-Back Guarantee may be claimed once per customer and applies to either:

Refund requests must be submitted between weeks 12 and 14 from the date of first purchase by emailing hello@strialab.com.
A £5 (UK) / $10 (AU) deduction per shipment will be applied to cover shipping and handling costs.
