Guarantee refunds are up to a maximum of 3 creams and you must use all 3 creams as prescribed (applied twice daily), which typically takes around 3 months. You must claim within 90-100 days from your first purchase. Once used, you are no longer eligible for any further refunds, help or advice.
All conditions of the guarantee are subject to change and is offered on behalf of Stria Lab in good faith. The guarantee can be cancelled by an agent without approval of the buyer and Stria Lab withholds the right to cancel any guarantee at any time without question or approval.
